 Yes, all appliances are included such as: Refrigerator, ice maker, range/stove, ceiling fans, clothes washer/dryer & select units have dishwasher.


 Yes, that is not provided by our company and therefore would need to be contracted by you for monthly service. We strongly encourage you to undertake same and is relatively inexpensive.


 Yes, we strongly recommend same due to demand for rentals in Troy and such an arrangement allows us to provide you with better service with better planning for us.


Yes, you can and we not only recommend that we strongly encourage doing same which helps ensure roommate compatibility such as where you have shared or common interests such as: from the same high school; hometown; play on the same sports team; immediate or extended family members; in common organizations, etc. We always prefer NOT to rent multi-bedroom units to total strangers which helps eliminate roommate fusses.


  No, our staff and/or contractors provide total yard and landscape maintenance.


 Yes, all our units have exterior security lighting. 


 Yes, most definitely all our multi-bedroom units have individual locking bedrooms. 


 Yes, that is a responsibility under your lease agreement to report all maintenance and service issues with your rental unit to our management team.
